This policy explains what information Lamassu Enterprises Ltd. collects on the Phoenix website and how we use it.
What we collect
When you buy, Digistore24, the reseller that processes your order, shares your name, email address and order details with us so we can give you access. When you visit the site, we and our partners collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device and browser, referring link) through cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels and affiliate tracking.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, send you information about your purchase and related products (you can unsubscribe at any time), credit referrals to affiliates, measure our advertising, and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, email, hosting, analytics, advertising) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing
Digistore24 collects what it needs to process your order, including your payment details, on its own order form. We never see your card details. What Digistore24 collects is also covered by its own privacy policy.
Marketing emails and how to unsubscribe
If you buy, we may send you emails about Phoenix and related products. You can stop them at any time: click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any of our emails and you will be removed from our marketing list right away. You can also email support@getphoenixofficial.com with the word "Unsubscribe" and the email address you want removed, and we will remove it within 2 business days. After you unsubscribe, you will only get emails about your purchase or account (for example, your login details or a reply to your support request).
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@getphoenixofficial.com. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
